My garage door wouldn't open because a spring broke and the pulley was jammed. I couldn't go anywhere because the door wouldn't open. Lowell Overhead Doors showed up at my house within a few hours... I was told I was lucky he was in the area. Steve and Justin finished the work in about 30 minutes. A++ ... would definitely use them again.

Steve and his son contacted me immediately and arrived as scheduled to provide an estimate. They were very personable and knowledgeable concerning the project and door products they carry. I was very comfortable working with them. The doors were ordered after Steve promptly answered the questions I had. I received a call from them and the doors were installed the day after they arrived. I couldn't be happier. They doors were very affordable, look great and the process could not have been easier.

Garage spring broke trapping my car inside. Steve came by that evening just to see about freeing my car. A day later they replaced spring but also tuned up the garage door opener system. Real nice guys. Reasonably priced. Superior company. Highly recommend.

Justin from Lowell Overhead Door was fantastic. I would highly recommend Lowell Overhead Door to my family and friends. Scheduling was immediate, Justin and Steve arrived on-time and got right to work. They were professional and knowledgeable. Justin fixed the problem within minutes and provided maintenance recommendations to keep the door lubricated throughout the year. While here, they also helped me with the temperamental keypad. Steve had that working quickly (and trained me not to press the numbers so hard!). Pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

He was very thorough in explaining the door options and installation process and gave a very reasonable quote. Very responsive and availability was great. No pressure sales and used existing rails that were in good condition. Garage door replacement

These guys are great! I had a problem with the sprocket and photosensors for my garage door. Stephen Nelson got back to me within a few hours and came out and fixed it at a reasonable price. They not only fixed they also adjusted the spring on my other garage door at no extra cost. They walked through the problem thoroughly and recommended regular maintenance tasks that I should do on my own to insure the life of the garage door.
